No. Most members join with 0–2 clients. The Accelerator is designed exactly for the transition phase, from corporate leadership to your first paid engagements.
3 hours per week minimum, designed around a full-time job. Members investing 8–10 hours per week see the fastest results. Everything is async-first.
We look for senior executives (Head, Director, VP, C-level, or Founder) with deep expertise in one function, based in LatAm or US professionals with LatAm roots. Around 15 years of experience is the sweet spot, but it’s not a hard cutoff. If the seniority and the track record are there, apply.
