About me My name is César Aya. I was born, raised, and currently live in Bogotá (Colombia). I studied Business Administration at Universidad de Los Andes and a MBA from Said Business School at the University of Oxford. My 25 year professional life is made of two major chapters. Chapter 1 IBM Latin America and IBM UK as a Product Specialist, Manager, and Regional Leader, responsible for USD80 million in sales per year and teams of 40+ in different countries.
