• I am an ex-UberEats & ex-DiDi Food Operations & Strategy Manager who works in the intersection of data science and business strategy. I have the business acumen and experience to know what is relevant to analyze + the advanced analytical skills to be able to go through the data to obtain unique + relevant insights. • My knowledge and experience stem from my MBA with concentration in analytics of consumer behavior, 8 years experience in strategy & ops roles in UberEats, DiDi Food & Citibank, where my insights led to increased efficiency/ROI and thus subsequent changes in MO LatAm-wide in the online food delivery organizations of these companies, as well as my experience as a business school professor at one of Mexico's top business schools (Tec de Monterrey's EGADE), where I continue not only to teach, but also to keep up with the relevant methodologies & technologies. • I have a real and honest passion for understanding customer behavior in varied circumstances through the analysis of large amounts of user-lever or transaction-level data, uncovering \*actionable\* patterns and insights.
