Acceleration Program / Startup Fellowship Design

Average Engagement Duration:
4-6 weeks
- Phase 1: Understand needs and requirement of the program. Week 1-2 - Phase 2: Design of the program (Objective, type of session, type of content, timing). Week 2-3 - Phase 3: Preparation of Program System (include to do list, timeline, suggestion of mentors & session, program stack). Week 4-5 - Phase 4:  Validation of the Program and definition of responsibilities. (+ coaching) This service is aimed for companies, government and ODA willing to launch an effective startups program. It is based on my own experience designing different programs for Platzi & Seedstars. Those program have seen over 30+ startups entering to YC, and over 100 raising money. Most of them are still alive. Based on need, we can also support with the execution of the program.

Getting Started with OKRS

6 weeks
- Phase 1: Diagnosis & Analysis of current goal setting strategy. Week 1 - Phase 2: Presentation of OKRS methodology & discussion with C-level of top priorities for the company. Week 1-2 - Phase 3: Definition of Company OKRs. Week 3. - Phase 4: Leadership Meeting to present okrs methodology and Company OKRs. Week 3   - Phase 5: Coaching to define Team/department OKRs. Week 4 - Phase 6: Finalisation of Company & Team OKRs. Week 5 - Phase 7: Check up and readjustment end of month 1 & 2. You will learn how to get started with okrs by defining your own company okrs and involving your leader to define team okrs for the next quarter.

B2B Strategy

- Phase 1: Current B2B Analysis (Sales Process, Key Metrics, Team) - Week 1 & 2. - Phase 2: Definition of high level strategy (positioning, buyer profile, products, acquisition and/or retention tactics, team). Week 2 & 3 - Phase 3: Brainstorm and prioritisation of Sales Experiments. Week 4 - Phase 4: Launch & Execution of Sales Experiments. Week 5-7 - Phase 5: Conclusion & Key Learnings. You will learn about how to establish a B2B Strategy for your company and most importantly how to put it in action through the experiment methodology.

B2B Sales Strategy

Average Engagement Duration:
6 weeks
- First week: Definition of where we are and where we want to go. (Current Sales, Average Ticket Size, Buyer profile, Acquistion Channel, Bestseller product, margin, churn) - Second Week: Brainstorm and priorisation of Experiment - Week 3-4: first sprint experiment to increase one of the key metrics define in week 1. - Week 5-6: second sprint + conclusion meeting to see if there is progress and if worth continuing or not.
