Hi everyone! Excited to meet you all. Happy mothers day for the people celebrating it in Mexico! :hola::tono-de-piel-2: About me Where are you from: Born and raised in Lima, Peru :bandera-pe: Current location: Mexico City for the past 5y Background: My career started in banking, but I realized it wasn't my preferred industry and decided to pursue an MBA abroad to grow and open up different job opportunities. I left Peru in 2015 and went to ESADE Business School in Barcelona. After graduating, got married and moved to Miami, USA. Spent a couple of years there and worked at MyRentHero, a tech platform sort of like the "Airbnb for college students" as a CMO. Family decisions drove to move to Mexico City, where now I feel like home and was hired by DiDi as Regional Marketing Manager. At DiDi I led the launch of DiDi Food for a couple of cities in Mexico and then over the years grew to become the Restaurant Marketing Lead for the LATAM Region. I concluded my work at DiDi on January 2024 as a Sr Brand Integration Marketing Manager, where I planned cross biz initiatives to help the brand and business grow even more. :landaclub: Why Landa? After being laid off due to a reorganization, I was forced to explore other job opportunities and realized I wanted to become my own boss, be an owner of my time and focus only on things that excite me a lot: marketing and mentoring women.
