We’re intentionally selective — not to exclude, but to protect the quality of the experience for everyone inside, and to make sure every member has the career capital to succeed as an independent consultant. Most Landa members meet these criteria:
- 8+ years of professional experience, ideally in tech, startups, or adjacent fields.
- Based in the Americas (LatAm, U.S.).
- Deep expertise in a specific business function (e.g., product, growth, finance, engineering, operations).
- A low-ego, growth-oriented mindset — we look for people who want to give as much as they get.
- Previous senior roles preferred*.
- *If you’re not quite there yet, that’s okay — we’d still love to stay in touch for a future cohort.
- If you can carve out 3 hours a week, you’ll be able to fully participate in the Accelerator.
- The program is designed to fit around full-time jobs, parenting, and other life commitments. Over 6 weeks, you’ll move through a flexible curriculum with a mix of async content and live sessions that help you put ideas into action and stay connected with your cohort.
- You’re also joining a private group of peers navigating the same transition. And while everything is designed to be efficient, the more time you invest in the community, the more value you’ll unlock — through relationships, feedback, and real opportunities.
- Looking ahead: if you do choose to pursue consulting seriously, we’ve seen that 8+ hours per week is the sweet spot to start taking on paid work and making consistent progress.

- We review applications weekly and send decisions to the email you used to apply.
- If accepted, you’ll have 14 days to complete payment of the annual fee to secure your spot in the next Cohort — spaces fill up quickly and cohorts are capped to keep the experience high-quality.

Great question. While many of us do live in LatAm, Landa is proudly international, with members from over 40 countries. English is our common ground. It keeps things inclusive, opens global opportunities, and frankly… if you’re offering consulting to startups and tech companies, English is the currency. Think of it as part of the training.
