How Landa Club helped Juana Crespo rebuild her consulting brand with clarity and confidence

Juana Crespo shares how Cohort 21 pushed her to rebuild her offer, her brand and her confidence.

Background

Juana Crespo is a business consultant and the founder of Raíz Intelligence Lab. After spending 20 years opening doors for herself as a professional woman in the United States and Mexico, she decided to start her own business on January 1. She knew she wanted to build something of her own, but she didn't want to figure everything out alone.

The Challenge

When Juana joined Landa Club, she already had the foundations of her business in place. But much of her offer had been shaped around one client, and she quickly realized that it wasn't communicating the full value of what she could provide. The feedback she received during the program helped her see that her positioning needed to be simpler, clearer, and more elevated. Instead of presenting only a little bit of herself, Juana could build a brand that reflected the depth of her experience and the kind of transformation she wanted to create for clients.

The Solution: Embracing Landa Club's Accelerator Program

Juana joined Landa Club after a friend from Los Angeles recommended it. After meeting the founders and learning what the program offered, she felt confident that the community would give her the support she needed to launch well. During the six-week program, Landa Club provided structured content, weekly assignments, timely feedback, coaching, and a network of professionals from different cohorts. The founders continued asking for feedback and offering support after the intensive program ended, while the lifetime membership gave her an ongoing community to return to.

Outcome and Impact

The experience prompted Juana to go back to the drawing board. She began revamping her website, rethinking her logo and colors, and reshaping the branding for Raíz Intelligence Lab. What initially felt like starting from zero became an opportunity to create a business that was more focused, more elevated, and more aligned with her vision.

Just as importantly, Juana no longer feels like she is building alone. She now has coaches, founders, and fellow business owners she can reach out to, and a community where she can eventually support the next cohort in return.

I don't feel alone anymore. I feel like I have a family and a community I can always reach out to.
