How Landa Club gave Martha Ramírez the structure and confidence to grow her consultancy

Martha Ramírez shares how Cohort 21 gave her clarity on her niche, her client, and her pricing.

Background

Martha Ramírez is an educator building her own consultancy and exploring fractional work. Before joining Landa Club, she had the expertise to help clients, but not yet the structure and clarity to consistently position and present that expertise.

The Challenge

When Martha started the program, she felt lost in the way she presented proposals. She had not taken the time to clearly define her ideal client or the niche she wanted to serve, and pricing felt especially confusing. Without that foundation, it was difficult to know how to frame her offers or feel confident in important client conversations. She needed a practical way to clarify her business and turn her ideas into a more focused consultancy.

The Solution: Embracing Landa Club's Accelerator Program

Landa Club gave Martha a step-by-step framework for identifying her niche, understanding her potential clients, and setting her prices. Instead of having to figure everything out on her own, she had structured resources, clear communication, and straightforward feedback to guide her through the process. The program's practical tasks also gave her accountability. Beyond the program itself, connecting with Landers from different cohorts gave her access to new perspectives, job opportunities, shared gigs, and introductions to people who could support the direction of her work.

Outcome and Impact

By the end of the program, Martha had far more structure in the way she approached her consultancy. She felt more confident presenting proposals and having conversations with potential clients, areas that had previously felt unclear.

The community also expanded her view of what was possible. Seeing the experience and range of other Landers helped her recognize that her own work could grow beyond what she had initially imagined. For Martha, Landa Club was not just a program. It was a combination of practical guidance, accountability, feedback, and access to a network of people who had already navigated similar challenges.

I thought what I could do was big, but when I came to Landa, I noticed it could be bigger than I thought.
